Usage method:
1. Prepare the skin: Ensure the skin at the application area is clean and dry.
2. Wrap the skin membrane: Start from below the joint, wrap upwards with moderate tension.
Each layer covers 1/3 to 1/2 of the width of the layer above, ensuring complete coverage of the area to be covered with the adhesive tape.
Avoid wrapping too tightly! Because it only serves as a protective function, too tight will affect blood circulation and muscle function. Its elasticity is sufficient to make it naturally fit.
3. Attach the sports adhesive tape:
On top of the skin membrane, directly start wrapping your cotton or synthetic sports adhesive tape. The adhesive of the tape will "grab" it through the porous structure of the skin membrane, thus fixing it on itself.
4. Completion and removal:
After the exercise, tear off together with the tape and skin membrane (using a desoldering agent for a better experience). Due to the isolation of the skin membrane, the pulling sensation will be greatly reduced.
