Key Features:
1. High Skin-Friendliness: Pure cotton base material is soft and breathable, conforming to skin without foreign body sensation. Suitable for children or prolonged skin contact scenarios.
2. Gentle Self-Adhesion: Adheres only to itself or lightly to skin, eliminating the need for knots or pins. Removes cleanly without pulling hair or leaving residue.
3. Tearable by Hand: Easily torn with lateral force without scissors, offering greater convenience in emergency situations.
4. Breathable and Sweat-Absorbent: The porous structure of cotton fibers allows air circulation and absorbs surface sweat, reducing stuffiness.
5. Basic Elasticity: Pure cotton variants offer weak stretch, while spandex-blended styles provide slight elasticity to accommodate joint movement without tightness.
Primary Applications:
Medical Care: Securing wound dressings (e.g., gauze, band-aids), basic bandaging for minor abrasions, or stabilizing medical tubes (e.g., IV lines, oxygen tubes).
Daily Care: Mild compression wrapping for minor muscle soreness or joint discomfort, or as protective padding for vulnerable areas (e.g., children's elbows and knees).
Sports Protection: Wrapping wrists, ankles, etc., during low-intensity activities (e.g., yoga, walking) to provide basic support and prevent minor sprains.
Application Method
1. Preparation: Clean and dry the area to be bandaged. Apply sterile dressing to any wounds.
2. Initial Fixation: Lightly press one end of the bandage onto the starting point (e.g., wrist crease, edge of wound dressing) and hold for 1-2 seconds.
3. Spiral Bandaging: Apply moderate pressure while wrapping in a spiral pattern. Each turn should overlap the previous one by 1/2 to 2/3. Loosen slightly around joints to allow movement.
4. Final Fixation: After reaching the desired coverage, press the end of the bandage onto its own overlap. The self-adhesive properties will secure it without additional fastening.
5. Precautions:
Avoid excessive tightness during application. Immediately loosen and adjust if skin turns purple or becomes numb.
Recommended inspection every 6-8 hours. For prolonged use, replace daily to maintain dry, clean skin.
Consult a physician before use if skin is broken or affected by eczema.
