Main features:
Super strong adhesive: To ensure long-term firmness and no detachment, its adhesive strength is usually stronger than that of sports patches.

Clean the skin: As above, it is crucial.
Measurement and cutting: According to the desired tension direction and intensity, cut out the appropriate length of the tape.
Adhesive shaping:
Usually start from the lower part of the outer side of the breast, and stick upwards or diagonally towards the middle, pulling the chest to the ideal position and fixing it.
You can use "X" shape or cross adhesion methods to enhance fixation and convergence effects.
Covering nipples: Remember to attach the special nipple pasties last, and avoid directly covering the nipples with the tape!
